These terms govern your use of ttnavi.com and requests for services from Ttnavi Mountain Resort & Casino (“Ttnavi”, “we”, “us”). Please read them before relying on site information or contacting us to reserve.

Acceptance and scope

By using this website, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from it. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Separate written terms supplied with a confirmed room, dining, event, package or activity booking also apply; if they conflict with these website terms, the booking-specific terms govern that service.

Website information

The site provides general information about the resort, accommodations, dining, amenities, experiences, offers and games salon. Content may be updated without notice. Photographs are illustrative of the property experience and a particular view, room layout, amenity, menu item or operating schedule is not guaranteed unless expressly included in a confirmed booking.

Reservation requests

A website form or message is an enquiry only and does not create a reservation. The current website forms validate details in your browser but do not transmit them; contact guest services by email or telephone to place a request. A reservation becomes binding only after Ttnavi confirms availability and provides written confirmation containing the applicable price and booking conditions.

Rates, taxes and fees

Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, service charges, destination or facility fees, deposits and incidental authorizations may be additional. The complete amount and any mandatory charge applicable to your requested dates will be presented before confirmation. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected before a booking is confirmed.

Guarantees and payment

A confirmed booking may require a valid payment method, deposit, prepayment or other guarantee. The amount, timing, accepted method and refundability are set out in the written booking confirmation. Do not send card details through ordinary email or the current website forms.

Changes, cancellations and no-shows

Change, cancellation, early-departure and no-show conditions vary by rate, offer, room, package and date. The conditions in the written confirmation control. Requests are effective only when received and acknowledged by guest services; fees may apply where permitted by the confirmed booking terms and applicable law.

Check-in and occupancy

The primary guest may be required to meet the minimum check-in age, present valid government-issued photo identification and provide a payment method for incidentals. Maximum occupancy, child, pet, visitor and quiet-hour rules may vary by room or package. Accessibility requests are welcomed and should be discussed with guest services before confirmation so available arrangements can be explained.

Guest conduct and property

Guests and visitors must follow posted safety, security, smoking, noise, occupancy and facility rules and respect other guests, staff, wildlife and property. Ttnavi may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary for safety, unlawful conduct, serious disruption or material breach of property rules. Guests may be responsible, as permitted by law, for loss or damage caused by them or members of their party.

Games salon

The games salon is an on-property adult amenity; ttnavi.com does not offer online wagering or account play. Entry is restricted to guests aged 18 or older and valid government-issued photo identification may be required. Access, hours and activities remain subject to applicable law, house rules, capacity, safety and responsible-gaming requirements. Ttnavi may refuse or end access where appropriate.

Mountain experiences and conditions

Outdoor and mountain experiences may be operated by Ttnavi or independent providers and remain subject to weather, trail, road, wildlife, wildfire, avalanche, staffing and other operational conditions. Activities may involve inherent risk, eligibility requirements, separate waivers or provider terms. Follow staff and official safety directions and select activities appropriate to your ability.

Dining, amenities and third parties

Restaurant menus, ingredients, hours, spa services, transportation and other amenities can change with season, supply and operations. Tell the relevant team about allergies or accessibility needs, but no environment can be guaranteed free of every allergen. Independent operators are responsible for their own services and may impose additional terms.

Offers and packages

Promotions are subject to the stated dates, eligibility, inventory, inclusions, exclusions, blackout periods and booking code. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retroactively. An offer is not secured until included in a confirmed booking.

Intellectual property and permitted use

Site text, branding, graphics, layouts and other original material are owned by or licensed to Ttnavi and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial trip planning. You may not copy, republish, scrape, interfere with, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the site except where applicable law permits it.

Acceptable website use

You must not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, overload site infrastructure, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content or use automated systems in a way that disrupts the site. We may restrict access needed to protect the website, users or services.

Third-party links

Links to maps, regulators, experience providers or other third-party websites are provided for convenience. Ttnavi does not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Visiting or purchasing through those services is subject to the third party’s terms and policies.

Disclaimer and limitation

We use reasonable care in operating the site, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Ttnavi is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website. Governing law and severability

These website terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory rights or forum protections available under applicable law.
